This distinction is presented as part of its <em>Aliments du Qu\u00e9bec au menu<\/em> recognition program, created just over ten years ago in collaboration with the Association Restauration Qu\u00e9bec (ARQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The award highlights establishments that stand out for their actions and commitment to sourcing, using, and showcasing Qu\u00e9bec foods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, five establishments are competing for the honour. The selection was based on an analysis of how local products are promoted and the proportion of locally sourced ingredients\u2014reaching an impressive average of 90% across all finalists. Through their dishes, their menu boards, and even their conversations at the table, they tell the story of Qu\u00e9bec by spotlighting the artisan behind each product. \u2014<strong>\u00a0Isabelle Roy<\/strong>, Executive Director of Aliments du Qu\u00e9bec<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Public vote\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this 9th edition of the <em>Aliments du Qu\u00e9bec au menu<\/em> Restaurateur Award, <a href=\"https:\/\/alimentsduquebec.com\/en\/aliments-du-quebec-au-menu\/prix-restaurateur-aliments-du-quebec-au-menu\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/alimentsduquebec.com\/en\/aliments-du-quebec-au-menu\/prix-restaurateur-aliments-du-quebec-au-menu\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the public is invited to vote<\/a>.
