September 1 of each year. If approved, the signed contract must be received by the ARQ no later than September 30 of the same year.
The rebate percentage is determined based on CNESST classification units. Companies whose activities fall under the following units: 68010, 68020, 68030, 68040, 57030, and 57040 will be entitled to an 18 % rebate. All others will receive a 13 % rebate. This rebate will be paid after the end of each year.
